Chocolate, Espresso Protein Smoothie
Thick, creamy, and packed with protein, this Chocolate, Espresso and Banana Smoothie will keep you full and energised all day long.
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or any milk
- 2/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein protein
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee or freshly brewed espresso – chilled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
For best results, add all of the liquid ingredients first then top with ice before blending.
